Owen is a fan of dress-up!
We had a book from the library this week called "Chicks & Salsa." In it the farm animals have a fiesta & the cow wears a sombrero. Owen was thrilled when I actually found one in a box with old Halloween stuff. He honestly wouldn't take it off the whole morning.

Owen's New Playroom

I wanted to post pictures of Owen's playroom in our new house. We decided to use the formal dining room area for our toy room! Owen really likes it and depends much of his day here. He gets really excited to show off his toys when friends come over.

Camping

Owen had a great time. He loved being outdoors all day and even slept well in the tent.

After the first 20 minutes I realized that Owen would just be dirty all weekend, so I stopped chasing him with the wipes and just enjoyed the weekend!

Raspberry Picking

We went to the local cider mill last Friday to pick raspberries. Owen had a blast! His picking technique was "one in the box, three in my mouth"! Since you pay by the pound, I tried to pay a little extra explaining that my son ate quite a few. However the lady wouldn't take my money and instead just laughed and said "that's how kids enjoy the experience!"










Of course we had to visit with the goat for a little bit!

Owen's Painting Project

Last weekend we painted a few rooms in the new house before moving in. Owen really wanted to paint like everyone else, so we gave him the very important job of painting behind the washer and dryer. He was so proud of his work that I felt bad when the washer & dryer showed up.

On the Move!

Hello everyone,

We're back! We officially moved into our new house this weekend and we've got internet again . . . so let the blogging begin. Just a few pictures of the new house and the mountain of boxes we find ourselves in right now.

Owen's been doing great with the move, he's sleeping pretty good at the new house and loves all the space to run.
