Happy Halloween!

Owen had such a fun Halloween. He loved watching the kids come to the door and was helping me pass out the candy. Jon took him to a few houses and he got a bucket full of treats! He was so funny running around in the cow costume and watching all the kids on the street.

The best part of the costume was the "puffy" behind!

Whose cow is this in my yard?

Enjoying some of the loot!! M&Ms are his favorite.

My First Hair Cut

I took Owen for his first haircut today. Oh Boy, what an experience.
I found a kid themed place with cool seats and TVs. I figured with TV, a binkie and a sucker he would be fine.

Think again Mom!
He was fine up until the nice lady actually started touching his hair. Owen had a complete meltdown and I ended up having to hold him on my lap. So much for the cute pictures of him sitting nicely in the airplane getting a hair cut!!

He was all smiles with his sucker once she was done. I guess they let all the kids spin the prize wheel . . . even the ones with bad behavior!

Thanks to Paula at Carnival Cuts, she did a great job!

We're Back!

Finally . . . a new post! Apparently a lot of people actually look at my blog because I have heard from several people about the lack of updating in recent weeks. There is a good reason. We had a virus on our computer and had to basically wipe the hard drive and start over. Talk about frustrating!

Anyway, things are good here. We took Owen to the local cider mill this past weekend. He loved riding the train, petting the animals and eating doughnuts. Jon & I picked raspberries while Owen sat in the stroller and ate them!

Notice the raspberry juice all over his face!
